What is the best way for Husband and Wife to build credit together?

I am recently married and I want myself and my wife to raise our credit score. I am thinking put some utilities in my name and some in hers. This way we both get good reporting to credit agencies. Should we both be listed on each account? Do I put her first one some and me first on others? Does anyone have better ideas? The mortgage is in my name. What is the best way for Husband and Wife to build credit together?
The best way to build credit is to get a secured credit card, make small purchases every month %26amp; pay off the card IN FULL every month. The credit bureaus don't care how much you charge, they only look at the payment history. What is the best way for Husband and Wife to build credit together?
Utilities are not extensions of credit and are not reported to the credit bureaus unless you default and the account is sent to a collection agency.

Get a credit card, either joint or listing your wife as an authorized user. Use the card and pay in full every month. This will build good payment history for both of you.
Utility accounts will do nothing to raise your credit scores, nor will phone accounts. Those are not ';credit.'; Credit means borrowing money and paying it back.
get a joint checking or savings account and a credit card with both your names on the account. don't overspend and make all payments promptly.
